Works well, it is missing one rubber foot on the bottom and the filter that goes inside the portafilter is stiff. it sometimes gets stuck inside coffee maker requiring you to pull it off by hand The pictures you see are the exact item you will receive with only accessories you see and item in the pictures. If not in the pictures it is not included in this particular item. Item is being sold Used .
